Answers to common questions about using Kotse.

How do I book a spot?

Open the Kotse app, search for parking near your destination, and tap on a listing to view details. When you find a spot you like, tap "Reserve" to send a booking request. Once the host approves, your reservation is confirmed and payment is processed automatically.

How do I become a host?

Go to your profile in the Kotse app and tap "Become a Host." Add photos, a description, your pricing, and availability for your parking space. Once your listing is live, guests can find and book your spot. You will need to connect a bank account through Stripe to receive payouts.

How do refunds work?

Guests can cancel a pending booking request at any time before the host responds, and the hold is released in full. For confirmed reservations, cancellations made at least 1 hour before the start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 1 hour of the start time are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
